  • Custom floral arrangements, wedding/event orders, and express deliveries cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.

4. Delivery Policy

  • We offer same-day and scheduled delivery within our service areas.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like traffic or weather conditions.
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our team may:
    • Leave the order in a safe place.
    • Attempt re-delivery at an additional charge.
    • Contact the sender for further instructions.

5. Product Quality & Substitutions

  • Freshness and quality are our top priorities. However, flowers are seasonal, and substitutions may be necessary. We ensure that any replacements are of equal or greater value while maintaining the original aesthetic of the arrangement.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your order due to quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.
  • In cases of damage, incorrect orders, or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours for review. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
