  • If an order is placed outside operational hours, it will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

2. Express & Same-Day Delivery

  • For urgent express deliveries, please contact us directly via Customer Support Number or WhatsApp before placing the order.
  • We will assess the fastest possible delivery time and communicate directly with you.

3. Delivery Areas & Timings

  • We deliver across all major cities in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and more.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:

    • Reschedule at an additional charge.
